自体移植法子宫内膜异位症模型大鼠妊娠功能的研究

摘    要:
[目的] 观察自体移植法子宫内膜异位症模型大鼠的妊娠功能,以评价该模型是否能代表人类子宫内膜异位症不孕的病理状态。[方法] 取大鼠子宫内膜自体移植复制子宫内膜异位症动物模型,观察模型大鼠的内分泌与免疫功能状态;继而使之与雄性大鼠同笼研究其生殖功能,并与正常大鼠比较。[结果]在免疫功能方面,子宫内膜异位症模型大鼠血中肿瘤坏死因子(TNF)含量升高(与假手术组比较,P<0.01);在生殖内分泌方面,动情前期模型大鼠血中促黄体生成素(LH)水平降低、催乳素(PRL)水平升高,动情后期的血中孕激素(P)水平降低(与假手术组比,均P<0.01);且模型大鼠的排卵数、活胎数、着床率等均低于正常大鼠(与假手术组比,P<0.05或P<0.01)。[结论]自体移植法子宫内膜异位症模型大鼠出现生殖功能低下,可作为子宫内膜异位症不孕的模型动物;该模型模拟子宫内膜异位症患者的不孕,可用来进行助孕实验研究及助孕药物研究。

Abstract:
[Objective] Gestational function of endometriosis (EMT) model induced by endometrium autotransplantationwas observed to verify its feasibility for the research of pathological status of human infertility induced by EMT. [Methods]EMT rat models were established by endometrium autotransplantation according to the literature. The endocrine and immunefunction and the gestational function in model rats (Group B) were observed and were compared with the normal rats(Group A). [Results] The pathologic changes such as the increase of serum tumor necrosis factor occur in the model rats(P <0.01 as compared with Group A); luteinizing hormone (LH) level was decreased and prolactin (PRL) levelincreased in the serum of proestrus EMT model; serum progestogen content was decreased in metestrus models (P <0.01). The amount of ovulation and live fetus and imbedding rate were less than those in Group A. [ Conclusion] Thedisorder of genital, endocrine and immune function iind the gestational hypofunction in EMT models induced byautotransplantation can represent the status of EMT infertility and can be used as the EMT model for the research ofgestation and proconceptive drugs.
