| 摘 要： | [目的]探讨术后早期康复护理对胸腰段脊髓肿瘤病人日常生活活动(ADL)能力的影响.[方法]胸腰段脊髓肿瘤术后病人88例,随机分为早期康复护理组(43例)和常规护理组(45例);ADL评定采用功能独立性评定(FIM),评定分别于两组护理前、后3个月进行.[结果]护理后3个月两组病人的FIM评分均有非常显著提高(P<0.01),对照组FIM评分提高20.08分, 而实验组则提高27.83分,两组FIM评分提高程度比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组住院时间为24.35 d±6.36 d,对照组住院时间为29.33 d±6.43 d,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).[结论]早期康复护理对胸腰段脊髓肿瘤病人的功能恢复有着重要的意义, 能有效地改善病人日常生活活动能力,缩短住院时间.
