多层螺旋CT后处理技术诊断复杂部位骨折的价值

摘    要:目的探讨多层螺旋CT(MSCT)后处理技术(MPR、SSD)在诊断复杂部位骨折中的实用价值。方法应用16层螺旋CT检查复杂部位骨折42例,将扫描数据传输到工作站进行后处理(MPR、SSD)成像,并与2D图像进行比较。结果42例中,颅底骨折7例,面颅骨骨折8例,脊椎骨骨折10例,骨盆骨折7例,胫骨平台骨折6例,肩胛骨骨折4例。结论MSCT二维及三维重组图像直观、清晰展示解剖结构复杂部位骨折,明确骨折线的部位、形态、断端移位情况及空间关系,为临床治疗提供重要依据。

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the value of postprocessing technique with multi-slice helical CT in diagnosis of the fracture of anatomical complicated bones.Methods The 42 patients were checked for use of 16-slice helical CT,the images passed on an independent workstation for MPR and SSD technique,and compared with axial 2D imaging of CT.Results The 42 patients had fracture in different parts,in which 7 cases were involved in basal skull,8 cases in facial bone,10 cases in vertebra,7 cases in pelvis,6 eases in tibial plateau,4 cases in scapula.Conclusion MSCT 2D and 3D reconstruction images could display the fracture of anatomical complicated bones clearly and displacement of fracture osseous fragments and spatial relationship of structures directly,thus could provide important information for clinical treatment.
