摘    要:为研究氯化汞的胚胎毒性及胎盘转运作用,本文采用大鼠胚胎毒性试验及胎盘病理学检查进行探讨。实验结果表明:氯化汞3个剂量组的吸收胎和死胎率以及胸、颅骨骨化迟缓率明显增高,与阴性对照组比较差异非常显著。病理学改变,吸收胎的胎盘组织被破坏,主要表现滋养层细胞减少,结构消失,血窦结构紊乱、腔隙扩大、充血、水肿变化和上皮细胞减少。

Abstract:In order to study embryotoxicity effect and transplacental transfer of mercuric chloride, emb- ryotoxicity test an d examination of placental pathology were adopted. The results of experiments demonstred that mercuric chloride 0.15 mg/kg, 0.30mg/kg & 0.60 mg/kg increased embryo absorption and death rate. Ossification of some parts of the skeletal (sternum & skull bone) were retarded. There were significantly difference between the test group and nagative control group. The pathological changes appeared placental destruction, i. e. cell reduction and structure disa- pperance of trophoblast, structure disturbance, ca- vity extension, hypermia edema and degeneration of blood sinus, and reduction of epithelial cell in embryo absorption of mercuric chloride. The nega- tive control group showed no any abnormality. It may be concluded that mercuric chloride possess embryotoxicity and transplacental transfer effect.
