| 摘 要： | 目的观察运用非手术综合疗法治疗颈椎间盘突出症的疗效。方法对本组78例颈椎间盘突出症患者,采取颈牵、手法、局封、输液等方法进行治疗。结果优27例,良35例,可12例。优良率为79.5%。结论对于颈椎间盘突出症,应视具体病情辨证施治,对于没有明显运动、感觉障碍、大小便失禁,采用非手术综合疗法治疗是一种行之有效的疗法。

| Abstract: | Objective To boserve the effectiveness of the cervical disc herniation treated by non-operative therapies. Methods There were 78 patients with cervical disc herniation, and trated them with cervical traction, local blockade, manipulation, transfusion and so on. Results Excellent 27, good 35, fairly good 12, the rate of good results is 79.5.4%. Conclusion According to the actual situation,tile patients with cervical disc herniation without sensation and motion dysfunction, fecal anf urinary incontince can be managed by non-operative therapies,which is cefinitcly effective. |
