| 小儿血管迷走性晕厥的诊断与治疗 | |

| 摘 要： | 晕厥是小儿常见急症。血管迷走性晕厥是小儿晕厥最常见的类型,约占所有晕厥患儿的80%,发病时表现为低血压和短暂的意识丧失,可导致意外伤害。血管迷走性晕厥的诊断并不困难,病史是诊断的重要依据,直立倾斜试验对诊断起决定性作用。治疗方面分为药物治疗和非药物治疗。现对小儿血管迷走性晕厥的诊断与治疗进展作一简要介绍。 |

| Abstract: | Syncope is a common emergency in children,among which vasovagal syncope is the most common type occupying 80% of all children with this disease.Its manifestation are Hypotension and temporal unconsciousness,which will result in accident.The diagnosis of this disease is not difficult,of which patient history is the important reference,and head-up-tilt-test plays a decisive effect in the diagnosis.Its therapy incudes drug therapy and non-drug therapy.This article reviews diagnostic and therapeutic therapy of vasovagal syncope in children. |
