| 摘 要： | 目的通过测定妊娠高血压综合征妇女血清钙、镁、尿素氮、肌酐和尿酸水平,探讨其临床意义。方法采用生化分析仪测定80例妊娠高血压综合征孕妇(妊高征组)与80例正常妊娠妇女(对照组)血清钙、镁、尿素氮、肌酐和尿酸水平。结果妊高征组血清钙、血镁水平明显下降,与正常妊娠组比较,有显著性差异(P<0.01),且下降的程度反映病情严重程度,均有显著性差异(P<0.01);肾功能及血尿酸妊高征组均高于正常妊娠组,两者比较有显著性差异(P<0.01);且其升高程度反映妊高征病情的严重程度(P<0.01)。结论测定妊娠高血压综合征孕妇血清钙、镁、尿素氮、肌酐和尿酸对了解病情严重程度有一定的临床意义。
