环境内分泌干扰物生物学效应研究进展

摘    要:某些环境化学污染物的内分泌干扰效应已受到广泛关注。流行病学调查以及对野生动物的观察表明 ,环境内分泌干扰物暴露可能导致人类以及动物生殖发育异常和认知、记忆障碍等。动物实验显示 ,环境内分泌干扰物可通过多种机制作用于内源性激素的合成、分泌、转运和代谢等不同环节 ,干扰机体内分泌功能。由于所涉及机制相当复杂 ,内分泌干扰物的分子机制尚需进一步研究 ,筛选测试程序也待进一步完善。

Abstract:Much attention has been focused on the potential health threats of endocrine disruptors(EDs), chemicals capable of disrupting the endocrine systems of animal and human population.The results from epi-demiological investigations and observations on wildlife suggest that exposure to EDs was probably associated with reproductive and developmental hazards,cognitive dysfunctions,memory and behavioural difficulties.Experimental evidences show the potentials of EDs to interact with the hormone homeostasis through diverse mechanistic pathways.Further research of molecular mechanisms involved is urgently needed.Furthermore, the screening and testing programs to identify potential EDs may be premature and should be improved.
