Primary leiomyosarcoma of the heart

Malignant heart leiomyomas occur extremely rarely, therefore every case deserves to be described. The patient--a woman who had three normal deliveries--felt, during the 4th pregnancy, retrosternal pains and dyspnea after the slightest physical tension. Pathomorphological examination revealed leiomyosarcoma, mixed variant.
