| 摘 要： | 通过人、兔口服中药茵陈胆道汤对胆汁前列环素和血栓素的稳定代谢产物6—keto—PGF_(1α)与TXB_2的检测结果的影响,探讨了急性胆管炎胆汁前列环素、血栓素的变化及其中药对其的影响。结果显示,急性胆管炎时6-keto-PGF_(1α)及TXB_2明显增高,二者比值下降,用药后则前两项明显下降,比值增高。

| Abstract: | Through oral administration of Yinchen Dandao Decoction in man and rabbit, the effect on 6 - keto -PGF1a, and TXB2, the stable metabolite of biliary prostacycline and thrombin, were examined, and its effect on biliary prostacycline and thrombin was explored. The results were: in acute cholangitis, 6 -keto- PGF10 and TXB2 were markedly increased with ratio of them lowerd. After administering the Decoction, both are markedly decreased and the ratio increased. |
