| 摘 要： | 采用酶联免疫吸附试验（ELISA）及逆转录-聚合酶链反应（RT-PCR）检测35例儿童胰岛素依赖型糖尿病（Insulin dependent diabetes mellitus,IDDM)血清中柯萨奇B组病毒（Coxsackievirus group B,CBV)抗体IgM(CBV-IgM),外周血中CBV-RNA,并选择22例健康儿童做对照组以探讨CBV感染与儿童IDDM之间的关系。结果显示病例组35例患儿血中CBV-IgM阳性率37.14%,外周血CBV-RNA阳性率42.85%,对照组22例阳性率分别为4.54%,9.09%,两组比较差别显著（P＜0.05)。从而提示儿童胰岛素依赖型糖尿病与柯萨奇B组病毒感染相关。

| Abstract: | To investgate the relation between infection of coxsackievirus group B and Insulin dependent diabetes mellitus(IDDM) in children CBV IgM in sera and CBV RNA in peripheral blood cells of 35 children with IDDM and 22 normal controls were detected by ELISA and RT PCR respectivly The results show that the diabetes mellitus children's positive rates of CBV IgM in the sera and CBV RNA in peripheral blood cells are 37 14% and 42 85% respectively and the control group's positive rates are 4 54% and 9 09% respectively The positive rates are significntly different between two groups ( P <0 05) These results suggested that insulin dependent diabetes mellitus and infection of coxsackievirus group B in children was correlated |
