腹腔镜治疗子宫肌瘤的疗效分析

目的比较经腹腔镜治疗子宫肌瘤的疗效及优势。方法采用随机对照研究方法,对140例子宫肌瘤患者随机分为宫腔镜治疗组(n=72例)和传统手术组(n=68例),观察两组患者的住院时间、术中时间、以及术中出血量;并观察术后半年B超复查结果。结果宫腔镜组患者手术时间、住院时间均短于传统手术组(P均<0.05),术中出血量少于传统手术组(P<0.05)。结论腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤剔除术在手术时间、术中出血及住院时间方面明显优于传统手术组,有较高的临床应用价值。

Comparison of Curative Effects of Laparoscopy and Conventional Therapy in Treatment of Uterine Fibroids

Objective To observe and evaluate the curative effects oflaparoscopy and conventional therapy in the treatment of uterine fibroids. Methods 140 patients with uterine fibroids were randomly divided into the laparoscopy group （n=72） andthe conventional therapy group （n=68）. The intraoperative blood loss, operative time and length of hospital stay were recorded. Half a year later, the sizes and shapes of uterus of both groups were observed using the B ultrasound. Results The two operation methods had statistically significant differences in the intraoperative blood loss, operative time, and the time hospital stay （all P〈0.05）. Conclusion Considering the long-term effects, laparoscopy should be the first choice for patients with uterine fibroids.
