人性化服务在小儿外科病房护理管理中的应用

目的本研究主要就人性化服务在小儿外科病房护理管理中的应用情况展开分析讨论。方法选择该院2012年1月—2013年1月所收治的100例外科患儿作为研究对象,利用随机数字法将其均分成观察组与对照组,对照组的患儿给予常规医疗服务,观察组患儿在对照组的基础上给予人性化医疗服务,对两组患儿的护理效果以及护士的主观能动性进行比较。结果通过在小儿外科病房中采用人性化的方式来开展护理服务,护理人员的整体水平以及患儿的护理满意度得到了有效地提升,观察组患儿与对照组患儿的护理满意度存在明显差异,具有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论在对小儿外科患儿进行临床护理的过程中,人性化护理可以在一定程度上提高护理质量以及护士的素质,同时还可以提高医院的护理工作效率,因此,在临床中值得大力推广并普及使用。

Application of humanized service in nursing management in pediatric surgical ward

Objective This study mainly human application service in nursing management in pediatric surgical ward are discussed. Methods 100 cases of surgery in our hospital from 2012 January to 2013 in January were treated as the research object, using the method of random number which were divided into observation group and control group, control group of children with a given routine care, observation group in the control group based on the given humanity medical service, compare the subjective initiative the nursing effect of the two groups of children and nurses. Results To carry out nursing service by using a humane way in pediatric surgical ward, nursing staff as well as the overall level of satisfaction with nursing can effectively improve, children of observation group and the control group with nursing satisfaction are significantly different, with statistical significance, P 〈 0.05. Conclusion In the process of clinical nursing of pediatric surgical patients, humanistic nursing care can improve the quality of nursing and nurse＇s quality in a certain extent, but also can improve the hospital nursing work efficiency, therefore, should be vigorously promoted and popularized in clinical use.
