中西医结合治疗消化性溃疡120例

目的对消化性溃疡患者采用中西医结合的方法进行治疗,探讨和分析其治疗的效果。方法对此次研究的120例消化性溃疡患者进行随机分组,分成试验组和治疗,分别为60例。治疗组:对患者采用西药内服进行治疗。试验组:在对照组治疗的基础上,给患者加用中药治疗。结果经过治疗之后,试验组治疗总有效率为98.3%要明显优于对照组75.0%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用中西医结合的方法对消化性溃疡患者进行治疗,效果显著。并且产生的不良反应少,减轻了患者的痛苦,提高了患者的生活质量。在临床上对患者的治疗具有非常重要的意义。

120 cases of peptic ulcer treated with the therapy of combination of Chinese traditional and Western Medicine

Objective .To combine methods on patients with peptic ulcer were treated by traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine, the treatment effect of discussion and analysis. Methods For the study of 120 cases of peptic ulcer patients were randomly divided into two groups, divided into the experimental group and the treatment of 60 cases, respectively. Treatment group： patients were treated by western medicine orally. Experimental group： Based on the treatment in control group, patients treated with traditional Chinese medicine. Results After the treatment, the test group total effective rate of 98.3% to 75% is better than that of the control group, significant differences, with statistical significance （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The combination of Chinese and Western medicine treatment on patients with peptic ulcer, effect. Adverse reaction and produce less, and alleviate the suffering of patients, improve the quality of life of patients. Has a very important significance for patients in clinical treatment.
