2012年邯郸市医疗机构消毒效果监测分析

目的了解邯郸市医疗机构的消毒卫生状况,保证消毒质量,预防医院内感染,为医院消毒提供科学依据。方法按卫生部2002年版《消毒技术规范》、《内镜清洗消毒技术操作规范》《医院消毒卫生标准》(GB15982-1995)和《消毒与灭菌效果的评价方法与标准》(GBl5981-1995)进行相关指标检测及评价。2012年对我市5所医疗机构的7类物品的消毒灭菌效果进行抽样监测。结果室内空气、物体表面、医护人员手、使用中消毒液、高压灭菌物品、内镜等样本784份,合格数669份,合格率为85.33%。结论医院整体消毒灭菌质量较高,但仍存在薄弱环节。须通过制定标准操作规程,建立严格的制度,加强人员培训以及对实施过程监控等措施,促进消毒灭菌工作的持续改进。

Monitoring analysis of effect of disinfection of medical institutions in handan city in 2012

Objective To understand the status of the disinfectant sanitation of handan city medical institutions, ensure the quality of disinfection, to prevent nosocomial infection, to provide a scientific basis for hospital disinfection. Methods According to the ministry of health in 2002 edition of ／＂disinfection technical specifications／＂ , ／＂endoscope cleaning and disinfection technical specifications／＂ , ／＂the health standard for hospital disinfection／＂ （GB15982-1995）and the disinfection and sterilization effects evaluation method and standard ／＂ （GB15981-1995）for detection and evaluation of relevant indicators. 5 to the our city in 2012 medical institutions of the disinfection effect of the 7 items for sampling monitoring. Results Of indoor air, surfaces, medical personnel hand, removing poison, and high pressure sterilization substances are used, endoscopy and other samples, 784 qualified number 669, percent of pass is 85.33%. Conclusion Hospital whole disinfection sterilization quality is higher, but there is still a weak link. Must through the formulation standard operating procedures, establish a strict system, strengthen personnel training and the implementation of process monitoring, promote the continuous improvement of disinfection sterilization.
