秋水仙素对大鼠基底前脑Nestin阳性神经元的影响

摘    要:目的 探讨侧脑室注射秋水仙素后基底前脑巢蛋白 (Nestin)阳性神经元的表达情况。方法  4 8只成年SD大鼠侧脑室注射 1%秋水仙素或生理盐水 10 μl,分别于术后 12h、2 4h、3d、5d、7d和 14d处死动物。用免疫组织化学方法观察基底前脑Nestin阳性神经元的表达情况。结果 秋水仙素注射后的 2 4h基底前脑的Nestin阳性神经元急骤减少到最低 ,然后逐渐恢复 ,至术后第 14天基本恢复正常。结论 秋水仙素可导致基底前脑的Nestin阳性神经元一过性减少

Abstract:Objective To observe the expression of Nestin-IR neurons after infusing colchicine into the lateral ventricle. Method 48 SD rats were infused with 10μl 1% colchicine or normal saline into the lateral ventricle and sacrificed at 12h, 24h, 3d, 5d, 7d and 14d after infusion. The expression of nestin was observed by means of immunohistochemistry. Results 24h after infusion,the number of nestin immoureactive (Nestin IR) neurons reduced to the minimum rapidly then recovered gradually. At the 14d after infusion, the number of Nestin IR neurons completely recovered. Conclusion Colchicine can result in the reduction of the number of Nestin-IR neurons in the rat basal forebrain transiently. [YM5BZ?=105,S]
