摘    要:
为了给基础及临床传导系统的研究提供准确的形态学资料,对30只SD大鼠心脏窦房结和房室结作光镜和电镜观察。结果表明:SAN主要位于右心房界沟上半部后方的心房壁内,几乎占据心房壁厚度的全部,介于心内,外膜之间。窦房结动脉较恒定地穿过结区。AVN位于房间隔下部,二兴瓣前瓣与三尖瓣隔侧瓣附着缘之间的房室隔内。两种结组织均由起搏细胞和过渡细胞构成,此外,尚有少量脂肪组织、结缔组织,以及丰富的毛细血管和神经纤

Abstract:
To provide the morphological information on heart conduction system for basic and clinical research, the sinoatrial and atrioventricular nodes of 30 rat hearts were observed by light and electron microscopy. The results show that the sinoatrial node is located in the right atrial wall, posterior to the upper half of terminal sulcus, and occupies all the thickness of the wall between epicardium and endocardium. The atrioventricular node is located in the atrioventricular septum, which separates the right atrium and the left ventricle,while tricuspid and mitral valves attach to the two sides, respectively. Both the nodes are mainly composed of pacemaker cells and transitional cells, They have also some adipose tissues, connective tissues, abundant capillaries and nerve fibers. The ultrastructure of the pacemaker cells and transitional cells are described in the paper.
