| 摘 要： | 应用ＩＬ９５１型原子吸收分光光度计对３０例大肠癌患者手术前后血清铜和组织铜锌含量进行测定，并以２０例健康人和３０例纤维结肠结肠镜检查正常者作对照。结果显示大肠癌病人ＳＣＬ及Ｃｕ／Ｚｎ比值明显高于正常对照组，ＳＺＬ无明显差异，肿瘤切除后ＳＺＬ增加及Ｃｕ／Ｚｎ比值下降均显著（Ｐ＜０．０５）。 |

| Abstract: | Serum and tissue copper and zinc levels and Cu-Zn ratio were determinted before and after operation by atomic absorption spectrophotometr in 30 patients with carcinoma of large intestines and 20 health individuals. The results showed that serum copper levels(SCL) and Cu-Zn ratio in the patient group were significantly higher than those in normal group (P<0.001 and 0. 05 respectively).But there was no significant difference in serum zinc level (SZL). SZL increased and Cu-Zn ratio decreased significantly in the patients group postoperatively(P<0.05). Tissue Cu levels and Cu-Zn ratio were significantly higher in the normal group than those of in the patient group (P<0.01),but there was no significant difference in tissue Zn levels between the two groups.These date suggested that the determination of SCL ,tissue copper levels and Cu-Zn ratio might be valuable to the diagnosis of carcinoma of large intestines and prediction of therapeutic effect of operative intervention. |
