| 摘 要： | 目的了解代谢综合征（MS）患者颈动脉内一中膜厚度（IMT）和大动脉弹性的改变及二者间的关系，探讨影响IMT及大动脉弹性的危险因素。方法共选择90例研究对象，其中正常对照组、MS组、MS合并高血压组各30例，分别测定每位研究对象的IMT及脉搏波传导速度（PWV），并测定可能影响二者的危险因素，所有数据采用SPSS11．5进行统计分析。结果代谢综合征患者IMT与PWV均高于正常对照组，且二者呈正相关（r=0．753，P〈0．001）；影响IMT的主要因素为年龄、收缩压、吸烟；影响PWV的主要因素为年龄、收缩压。结论MS患者IMT与大动脉弹性均发生明显变化，且二者呈同向变化，即IMT增厚时，PWV也增快。影响IMT及大动脉弹性的危险因素主要有年龄、收缩压及吸烟。 |
