| 摘 要： | 目的: 研究凋亡抑制基因Survivin在食管鳞癌中的表达及其病理学意义 .方法: 应用原位分子杂交法检测65例食管鳞癌组织及癌旁正常组织Survivin mRNA的表达.结果: 食管鳞癌组织Survivin阳性表达率为72.31%,显著高于癌旁正常组织(9.23%)(P<0.01),低分化、中分化、高分化鳞癌组织阳性率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论:凋亡抑制基因Survivin在食管鳞癌中高表达,但与鳞癌组织病理分级无关. |

| Abstract: | Objective: To investigate the expression of a inhibitor gene of apoptosis, survivin, in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma and its pathological significance. Methods: The expression of Survivin gene was detected in 65 cases of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma tissues and tumor-adjacent normal tissues by in situ hybridization (ISH). Results:The positive rate of Survivin gene in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma tissues was 72. 31%, which was higher than that tumor-adjacent normal tissues(9.23%), but there no significant difference in the positive rate of Survivin gene among different pathological grade. Conclusions: The expression of Survivin gene in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma is high, but not relate to pathological grade. |
