太子参抗应激作用的实验研究

摘    要:目的研究太子参水煎液对小鼠的抗应激作用。方法昆明种小鼠随机分为空白对照组、党参水煎液组、太子参水煎液低、中、高剂量组,各组按设计剂量灌胃给药,连续7d,末次给药30min后进行负重游泳、耐缺氧、耐高温及耐低温的应激实验。结果太子参水煎液能明显延长小鼠的游泳时间、缺氧状态下的存活时间、耐高温及耐低温时间,与空白对照组相比,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05,P〈0.01)。结论太子参水煎液具有明显的抗应激作用,其中以高、中剂量组作用较为明显。
