人类重组促红细胞生成素治疗中老年慢性肾性贫血观察

目的　观察国产和进口人类重组红细胞生成素 (rhEPO)治疗中老年慢性肾功能衰竭伴肾性贫血的疗效。方法　将 76例慢性肾功能衰竭伴肾性贫血患者随机分为 2组 ,分别采用国产和进口rhEPO进行皮下注射 ,剂量为每周 6 0 0 0IU。治疗 12周后观察全血红细胞数(RBC)、红细胞压积 (Hct)以及肾功能变化。结果　两组患者在用药过程中血红蛋白 (Hb)、Hct、RBC均逐渐上升 ,两组患者相同时间疗效比较无显著性差异 ,且均无明显不良反应。结论　国产rhEPO治疗中老年慢性肾性贫血疗效与进口同类产品相同 ,在治疗过程中需补充铁剂。

Observation of recombinant human erythropoietin on middle and old aged patients with chronic renal anemia

Objective It is to observe the curative effect of domestic and import recombinant human erythropoietin (rhEPO) on middle and old aged patients who suffered from chronic renal faiture complicated with renal anemia.Methods 76 patients who suffered from chronic renal faiture complicated with renal anemia were divided into two groups. One was treated with domestic rhEPO and the other was treated with import rhEPO in a dose of 6 000 IU every week. Then the red blood cell count (RBC), hematocrit (Hct) and the changs of renal function were observed after twelve weeks.Results The hemoglobin, Hct, RBC of the two groups were all gradually increased during the course of medicine application. There was no significant difference in curative between the two groups and no obvious untoward reaction.Conclusion Domestic rhEPO is as effective as import rhEPO in treating middle and old aged patients with chronic renal anemia.
