| 摘 要： | 目的探讨前臂游离皮瓣修复舌癌术后缺损患者的护理方法。方法对16例舌癌术后患者行前臂游离皮瓣修复，术前实施心理护理和针对性训练，术后严密观察病情，防止皮瓣血管危象发生。结果术后出现皮瓣血管危象2例，经及时处理，16例全部存活。结论术前加强心理护理和针对性训练，术后仔细观察皮瓣，加强呼吸道管理和负压引流护理是保证手术成功的关键。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore methods of nursing care in forearm free skin flaps repaired following the operation of carcinoma of tongue.Methods Forearm free skin flaps was applied to 16 patients of carcinoma of tongue, corresponding nursing and observation were taken after the operation, in order to prevent flap vein crisis and ensure the survival of the transplanted flaps.Results Flap vein crisis occurred only in two cases after which Was released by flap salvage and other measures. The flaps in all cases survived. Conclusion Psychological nursing and training before the operation,observation, management breath and drawing nursing after the surgical operation are key factors in the successful transplantation of flaps. |
