罗格列酮联合二甲双胍对非高血压2型糖尿病患者血压的影响

目的研究罗格列酮联合二甲双胍对非高血压2型糖尿病患者血压的影响。方法48例患者口服二甲双胍片1500mg／d和罗格列酮4mg／d，治疗8周。结果治疗后平均收缩压下降4．1mmHg，平均舒张压下降3．5mmHg（P〉0．05）；空腹血糖、空腹胰岛素水平治疗后均较治疗前降低（8．1±1．8vs6．5±2．1；14．6±5．9vs12．1±4．7，P〈0．05），HOMA胰岛素抵抗指数治疗后亦降低（3．6±1．5vs4．9±1．9，P〈0．05）。结论罗格列酮联合二甲双胍治疗能够有效降低血糖，改善胰岛素抵抗，但是对非高血压2型糖尿病患者降低血压的作用不明显。

Effect of Combined Treatment of Rosiglitazone and Metformin on Blood Pressurein Non-hypertension Patients with Type 2 Diabetes

Objective To determine the effects of combined rosiglitazone and metformin on blood pressure in the non- hypertension patients with type 2 diabetes. Methods 48 non-hypertension patients with type 2 diabetes were treated with rosiglitazone （4 mg/d） and metformin （1 500 mg/d） for 8 weeks. Blood pressure, insulin and glucose in all subjects were detected before and after treatment. Results The systolic and diastolic blood pressure reduced by 3.5 mm Hg and 4. 1 mm Hg respectively. But there was no significant difference in blood pressure between pre- and post- treatment （P 〉 0.05）. Both levels of fasting plasma glucose and fasting insulin were reduced after treatment with rosiglitazone and metformin （8.1±1.8 vs 6.5±2.1 and 14.6±5.9 vs 12.1±4.7,P〈0.05）,HOMA-IR was also deereased（3.6±1.5 vs 4.9± 1.9, P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Combined treatment of rosiglitazone and metformin could decrease blood glucose and improve insulin resistance in the non- hypertension patients with type 2 diabetes. But the effect of reducing blood pressure is not obvious.
