心脏肌钙蛋白T,I检测对病毒性心肌炎和扩张型心肌病的诊断价值

应用酶联免疫吸附法（ＥＬＩＳＡ）检测２０例病毒性心肌炎（ＶＭＣ），２０例扩张型心肌病（ＤＣＭ）和２０例正常人血清心脏肌钙蛋白Ｔ、Ｉ（ｃＴｎＴ、ｃＴｎＩ）水平，以探讨其对心肌损伤的诊断价值。结果发现，ＶＭＣ和ＤＣＭ患者血清ｃＴｎＴ、ｃＴｎＩ水平均较正常人显著升高（Ｐ＜０．０５）；而血清ｃＴｎＴ、ｃＴｎＩ水平及其阳性率在ＶＭＣ和ＤＣＭ两组间差异均无显著性（Ｐ＞０．０５）。提示，血清ｃＴｎＴ、ｃＴｎＩ水平是反映微小心肌损伤的敏感指标，拟诊ＶＭＣ、ＤＣＭ患者若血清ｃＴｎＴ、ｃＴｎＩ水平升高，有助于临床诊断。

EVALUATION OF THE DIAGNOSTIC VALUE IN VIRUS MYOCARDITIS AND DILATED CARDIOMYOPATHY DETECTED BY CARDIAC TROPONIN T AND TROPONIN I

Changes of serum cardiac troponin T(cTnT) and cardiac troponin I(cTnI) level,measured by and enzyme immunosorbant assay,in 20 patients with virus myocarditis(VMC),20 patients with dilated cardiomyopathy(DCM), and 20 normal persons.The serum cTnT and cTnI concentrations of patients with VMC or DCM were higher than that of normal person ( P <0.05). The difference of serum cTnT and cTnI concentrations was not found in VMC and DCM patients ( P >0.05). The difference of sensitivities was not found detween serum cTnT and cTnI in the VMC or DCM patients ( P >0.05). The results indicated that (1)Serum cTnT and cTnI level demonstrates minor myocardial damage and could predict the diagnosis of patients with VMC or DCM.(2)There is no difference of sensitivifties between serum cTnT and cTnI in the VMC and DCM patients.
