| 摘 要： | 目的探讨大网膜转移癌的超声诊断价值。方法分析50例大网膜转移癌的超声表现。结果50例患者中，弥漫性增厚20例，其中10例伴有低回声结节；局限性增厚27例，其中15例伴有低回声结节，1例表现为孤立性结节；漏诊3例。结论超声对判断大网膜转移癌的部位及内部结构具有临床价值。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of ultrasonography for greater omentum metastases. Methods The ultrasonic appearances of 50 cases of omental metastases were analyzed. Results Lesions were found in 47 of 50 cases （47/50,94%）by ultrasonography, 3 of 50 cases （3/50, 6% ） were misdiagnosed. The metastases could present images with diffusive or local thickening of great omentum, mainly the latter（57.5%）, Internal echoes were medium or hypoechoic, some cases presented hypoechoic nodules. Conclusion Ultrasonography has great clinical value in judgement of positions and the internal structures of greater omental metastases. |
