| 摘 要： | 目的:分析丹参地上部分脂溶性的化学成分和含量.方法:用索氏提取法收集丹参地上部分的脂溶性成分,通过气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)联用技术分离并分析鉴定组分.结果:通过计算机检索,鉴定了其中的31个化合物,占检出物的89.90%,丹参地上部分脂溶性成分主要为γ-谷甾醇(10.55%)、4,4,6a,6b,8a,11,11,...
