| 摘 要： | 目的 分析比较股骨近端防旋髓内钉（PFNA）和动力加压髋螺钉系统（DHS）治疗高龄股骨转子间骨折的疗效.方法 对2007-2012年应用PFNA和DHS手术治疗高龄股骨转子间骨折的116例患者临床资料进行回顾性分析.结果 PFNA组比DHS组出血量少,下床活动时间早,骨折愈合早,髋关节功能优良率高,并发症发生率低（P〈0.05）.结论 PFNA与DHS相比更具有优越性,是较好的治疗高龄股骨转子间骨折的方法.

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the effect of proximal femoral nail antirotation （PFNA） and dynamic hip screw （DHS） in the treatment of the intertrochanteric fractures in elderly patients. Methods Medical records of 116 aged patients with intertrochanteric fractures, which were treated with PFNA （PFNA group） and DHS （DHS group） respectively from 2007 to 2012, were analyzed retrospectively. Results Compared with DHS group,the PFNA group was with less quantity of bleeding, early activity time, early fracture healing, high excellent rate of hip joint function and less complications （P〈0.05）. Conclusion PFNA is superior to DHS and it is a good way to treat intertrochanteric fractures of aged patients. |
