24小时动态血压监测评价厄贝沙坦联合苯磺酸氨氯地平治疗老年性高血压疗效

目的:探讨动态血压监测(ABPM)评价厄贝沙坦联合苯磺酸氨氯地平治疗老年性高血压的疗效。方法:通过口服厄贝沙坦联合苯磺酸氨氯地平治疗老年性高血压82例,记录用药前、后24h平均压、白昼平均压、收缩压负荷值以及杓型曲线的变化,经统计学处理前、后之间的差异。结果:治疗前、后24h平均压、白昼平均压、收缩压负荷值以及杓型曲线有明显差异(P<0.05)。结论:厄贝沙坦联合苯磺酸氨氯地平治疗老年性高血压是有效、安全的,值得临床推广。

Application of 24h ambulatory blood pressure monitoring in evaluating effect of irbesartan combined with amlodipine besylate on senile high blood pressure

Objective：To explore the application of ambulatory blood pressure monitoring（ABPM）in evaluating effect of irbesartan combined with amlodipine besylate on senile high blood pressure.Methods：A total of 82 elder cases with high blood pressure（HBP）were treated with oral administration of irbesartan combined with amlodipine besylate.The mean blood pressure 24 hours before and after administration,mean blood pressure during the day,load value of systolic pressure and change of dipper curve were recorded,and the differences were compared with statistic methods.Results：There were significant differences in mean blood pressure 24 hours before and after administration,mean blood pressure during the day,load value of systolic pressure and change of dipper curve P〈0.05）.Conclusions：Irbesartan combined with amlodipine besylate is safe and effective in treatment of senile HBP,and deserves extensive clinic application.
