| 摘 要： | 目的探讨准分子激光近视治疗仪产生的噪声程度及对患者的影响。方法用testo815声度计测量5台(A、B、C、D、E)不同品牌准分子激光近视治疗仪工作时间产生的声响强度。对各种仪器治疗的10例患者,询问其对声响的主观感受。结果 A型、B型、C型、D型和E型准分子激光近视治疗仪工作时间产生的声响强度分别为(81.18±2.70)、(74.80±4.33)、(64.96±5.26)、(64.61±7.03)和(62.15±4.46)分贝(dB)。各种机型准分子激光近视治疗仪产生的噪声对患者配合手术的影响无明显统计学差异(P0.05)。结论准分子激光近视治疗仪工作时产生的噪声接近或超过法律允许的范围,有可能干扰患者对手术的配合。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To measure the noisy level of excimer laser.Methods The sound intensity generated from 5 different excimer laser devices （A,B,C,D and E） was measured by using testo 815 noise meter.ResultsThe sound intensity of 5 different excimer laser devices was A （81.18±2.70） dB;B （74.80±4.33） dB;C （64.96±5.26） dB;D （64.61±7.03） dB;and E （62.15±4.46） dB,respectively.Patients＇ reaction for noise from each excimer laser device was not significantly different.ConclusionsThe noise of excimer laser device is close to or exceeding the norm and possible to interfere patients from compliance during therapy. |
