益气活血健脾通里方防治脾切除术后门静脉系统血栓形成36例临床观察

目的观察益气健脾活血通里方防治脾切除术后门静脉系统血栓形成的疗效。方法将88例患者随机分为对照组(52例)和治疗组(36例),对照组只给予脾切除术后常规治疗,治疗组除给予脾切除术后常规治疗外,还给予益气健脾活血通里中药辨证加减预防血栓形成。结果治疗组D-二聚体水平在术后7d显著低于对照组(P<0.05),且术后治疗组血栓发生率较对照组明显降低(P<0.05)。结论脾虚、腑实、血瘀是脾切除术后的主要病机,益气健脾活血通里方具有防治脾切除术后门静脉血栓形成的作用。

Qi-supplementing, Blood Circulation activating, Spleen-qi Invigorating and Purgation Recipe for Portal Venous Thrombosis after Splenectomy: A Clinical Report of 36 Cases

Objective To observe the effects of qi-supplementing,blood circulation-activating,spleen-qiinvigorating and purgation(QBSP) Recipe in the prevention of portal venous thrombosis after splenectomy.Methods Eighty-eight patients were randomly divided into control groups(52 cases) and treatment groups(36 cases).Patients in the control group were treated conventional treatments after splenectomy;additionally,patients in the treatment group were treated with modified QBSP Recipe based on syndrome differentiation,in an effort to prevent portal venous thrombosis after splenectomy.Results The levels of D-dimer in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group 7 days after splenectomy(P<0.05),and the incidence of thrombus in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The syndrome of spleen deficiency,excess syndrome of fu-organ,and blood stasis is the main pathogenesis after splenectomy.QBSP Recipe has obvious effects in preventing the formation of portal venous thrombosis after splenectomy.
