以精神异常为首发表现肺癌的临床分析

目的提高临床医生对以精神异常为首发表现肺癌的认识。方法分析以精神异常为首发表现的4例肺癌患者资料。结果 4例患者病初都出现不同程度的精神异常。其中3例有病理结果,腺癌2例,小细胞肺癌1例。结论以精神异常为首发表现的肺癌,因其临床表现不典型,易误诊、漏诊,提高对本病的认识有利于早期诊断及治疗。

Clinical analysis of lung cancer patients with neuropsychiatric disorders as initial symptom

Objective To improve the knowledge of Clinicians to Lung cancer with neuropsychiatric disorders as initial symptom.Methods The data of four lung cancer patients with neuropsychiatric disorders as initial symptom were retrospectively reviewed.Results Four patients all developed different degree psychiatric disorders.Three patients of all had pathological results with two cases of adenocarcinoma and one case of small cell lung carcinoma.Conclusions Lung cancer patients with neuropsychiatric disorders as initial symptom are easily misdiagnosed because their clinical manifestations are not typical.Enhancing the acknowledgement of the disease is beneficial to early diagnosis and early treatment.
