摘    要:
目的探讨花仙宫血胶囊对药物致不完全流产大鼠子宫出血量的影响。方法给大鼠灌胃米非司酮8.3 mg/kg和米索前列醇100μg/kg造成动物不完全流产出血模型,灌胃给予花仙宫血胶囊内容物,观察药物对模型大鼠阴道出血量、子宫质量的影响。结果花仙宫血胶囊可明显减少米非司酮及米索前列醇致不完全流产大鼠的子宫出血量,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义。结论花仙宫血胶囊对大鼠药物流产后阴道不规则出血具有一定减少出血的作用。

Abstract:
Objective To explore the effects of Huaxiangongxue capsules on the uterine bleeding volume of rats with drugs-elicited incomplete abortion.Methods A combination of 8.3 mg/kg of mifepristone and 100 μg/kg of misoprostol were lavaged into rats to build up incomplete abortion hemorrhagic models,and the content of Huaxiangongxue capsules was also lavaged.The effects of drugs on the vaginal bleeding and uterine weight of the rats were observed.Results Huaxiangongxue capsules can significantly reduce the vaginal bleeding volume of rats with incomplete abortion caused by mifepristone and misoprostol,which showed significant difference compared with the control group.Conclusion Huaxiangongxue capsules has a certain function of reducing the bleeding on irregular vaginal bleeding after drugs-elicited abortion.
