| 介入化疗在进展期胃癌新辅助化疗中的应用现状 | |

| 摘 要： | 目前国内临床治疗的胃癌患者大部分属于进展期,早期胃癌患者相对较少。进展期胃癌手术切除率低,总体预后差。进展期胃癌行新辅助化疗后可以延长生存期,改善生存质量,提高根治性手术切除率,且经介入途径行新辅助化疗,相比较其他化疗方式,具有较好的疗效和较低的毒副反应。本文对当前研究情况加以综述来说明术前介入化疗是一种切实可行有效的进展期胃癌的治疗手段。 |

| Abstract: | At present,most of patients diagnosed as gastric cancer with clinical therapy often belong to advanced stage in china,in which the patients in early stage is relatively less,while patients in advanced stage has poor prognosis in general and low rate of exairesis.Neoadjuvant chemotherapy for advanced gastric cancer can prolonged life span,promote life quality as well as improve the rate of excision in radical surgery,which carried by intervention has more perfect efficacy and less side effcts compared with other chems.This asrticle reviews related studies at present to show that preoperation inteventional chemotherapy maybe an effective and feasible therapeutic methods for advanced gastric cancer. |
