| 摘 要： | 抑郁症是一种常见的精神疾病,其发病率逐年上升。神经发生是中枢神经系统疾病治疗的方向之一,目前多种天然药物的提取物、活性成分及中药复方在抑郁动物模型上证实具有治疗作用,笔者查阅近年来国内外有关文献,从促神经发生的角度对天然抗抑郁药进行分类综述。 |

| Abstract: | Depression is a common mental illness,with an increasing incidence rate in recent years. Promoting neurogensis is a promising method for treating central neural diseases,with a broad research prospect. The study from many animal models finds the effect of the extracts on anti- depression,with the active constituents of natural medicines and the compound Chinese medicine. In this review,we summarize the anti- drepressive effects of natural medicines on promoting neurogesis. |
