腹膜透析患者透析液中腺苷脱氨酶活性测定及其临床意义

目的 :为探讨腺苷脱氨酶 (ADA)活性测定对腹膜透析并发腹膜炎的诊断意义。方法 :检测 744例次细菌性腹膜炎、1 31例次非细菌性腹膜炎和 5 0 0例次常规持续性非卧床腹膜透析 (CAPD)患者透析液中的 ADA活性 ,并分析 ADA活性与白细胞计数、感染菌种的相关性及抗生素对 ADA活性的影响。结果 :腹膜炎组 ADA活性明显高于常规 CAPD组 ,细菌性腹膜炎组ADA活性最高。 ADA活性与白细胞计数呈正相关关系 ,与感染菌种无相关性。结论 :ADA活性测定可能成为腹膜透析并发腹膜炎的稳定、特异的诊断指标

Detection of activity of adenosine deaminase in peritoneal dialysis fluid and its clinical significance

Objective To study the diagnostic value of detection of actiuity of adenosine deaminase(ADA)for the peritonitis in the pationt reciveing peritoneal dialysis.Method ADA activities in the peritoneal dialysis fluicl from 744 cases becteria infections peritonitis,131 cases non becteria mfections peritonitis,and 500 cases continuous ambulatory peritoneal dialysis were determined.The relationship between ADA acliuities and count of white blood cells,as well as the kinds of the infective becteria were analyzed,the influences of antibiotic to ADA activities were investigated.Results The ADA actirities in peritonitis group were higher significantly than in CAPD group,were highest in becteria infection peritonitis group.ADA activities were correlated positively with the count of white blood cells and seemed no association with the kinds of infechive becteria.The antibiotic couldnct effect the ADA activities in peritoneal dialysis fluids.Conclusion Determination of ADA activity in peitoneel dialysis fluid maybe useful as a specific and steady diagnostic marker for peritonitis receiving CAPD.
