中西医结合治疗病毒性心肌炎的临床研究

目的 :为探讨中西医结合治疗病毒性心肌炎的有效方法。方法 :采用随机分组的方法 ,观察对比中西医结合治疗组(n=5 0 )与单纯西药对照组 (n=48)的治疗效果。结果 :治疗组的显效率和总有效率分别为 80 %和 96 % ;明显高于对照组的 5 0 %和83% (P<0 .0 5 )。结论 :中西医结合治疗病毒性心肌炎的疗效明显优于单纯西药组 ,说明中西医结合治疗病毒性心肌炎是一种理想的治疗方法

Viral myocarditis treated by combined traditional Chinese and Western medicine

Objective To study the efficacy of combined treatment with traditional Chinese and Western medicine for Viral myocasditis.Method 98 eases of viral myocasditio patients were randomly divided into groups.The abserved group (n=50) were managed by traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine and compaced with the patients in the control group (n=48)who were treated by conventional Western medicine.Results The efficacy rate and the total effective rates of the observed group were 80% and 96%,and better than that of the control group,ie.50% and 83%(P<0 05).Conclusion The final outcome of Viral myocasditis is combined traditional Chinese and Western medicine is the ideal method which is superior than using the conventional western medicine alone.
