黄芪合丹参注射液治疗慢性乙型肝炎疗效观察

目的 :探讨慢性乙型肝炎的治疗方法 ,提高治疗效果。方法 :6 0例慢性肝炎患者随机分为 2组 ,30例采用黄芪注射液联合复方丹参注射液治疗 ;对照组 30例 ,单独使用复方丹参注射液。结果 :黄芪注射液与复方丹参注射液合用 ,能降低血清胆红素 (SB) ,缩短丙胺酸转氨酶 (A LT)复常时间 ,与对照组相比有显著性差异 (P<0 .0 1)。结论 :二者的联合应用 ,具有多方面的综合作用 ,两者作用于不同的环节 ,有协同或相加作用

Clinical therapy effects of astragulas combined with compound salvia mitiorrhiza in chronic hepatitis B patients

Objective: To investigate the clinical effects of combination therapy of Astragulsa combined with compound salvia mitiorrhiza for chronic hepatitis B patients. Methods: 60 patients with chronic hepatitis B were divided into groups. 30 of them were group of combination therapy of Astragulsa injection combined with compound salvia mitiorrhiza injection (treatment group). 30 patients of them were control group, treated with compound salvia mitiorrhixa injection. Results: Therapy of Astragulsa combined with compound salvia mitiorrhiza for chronic hepatitis B patientsmay decrease the serum levels of bilirubin(SB) and alanine tranaminase (ALT). Time of returnning normal serum levels of bilirubin(SB) and alanine tranaminase(ALT) in patients of treatment group were shorter then the control group ( P <0.01). Conclusions: Combination therapy of injection Astragulsa and injection compound salvia mitiorrhiza for chronic hepatitis B patients can significantly improve liver function for chronic hepatitis B patients. Two drug may be play different role in chronic hepatitis B patients.
