| 摘 要： | 目的 :探讨充血性心力衰竭 (CHF )患者的心肌肌钙蛋白 T(c Tn-T)水平及其对患者近期预后的影响。方法 :对89例 CHF患者入院时的心肌肌钙蛋白 T、肌酸激酶 (CK)、肌酸激酶同工酶 (CK-MB)进行测定 ,比较其心功能分级的水平及其对 CH F患者预后的关系。结果 :c Tn-T心衰组水平明显增高 ,心功能 级与 级比较有显著性差异 (P<0 .0 5 ) ,死亡组较存活组明显增高 (P<0 .0 1)。c Tn-T水平与左室射血分数呈负相关。结论 :c Tn-T水平是 CHF患者心功能恶化及死亡预后的危险因素。

| Abstract: | Objective: It is to investigate the relationship between serum cardiac troponin T (cTn-T) and severity of congestive heart failure (CHF). Methods: cTn-T, Creatinine kinase (CK), Creatinine kinase isoenzyme MB(CK-MB) mass were measured in 89 patients with CHF. Results: The serum levels of cTn-T in patients with CHF was significantly higher than that of the normal controls. The higher the serum levels of cTn-T, the more severity the CHF. There was a negative correlation between cTn-T and left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF). Conclusion: Serum levels of cTn-T was correlated with poor prognosis of CHF. |
