摘    要:本文针对目前临床医学教育的现状和困境,立足现代医学需求目标,提出构建以更新教育观念、课程设置改革和质量调控、教学改革和教学方式创新、建设社区医疗实践基地等为举措的五年制临床医学复合型人才多元优化培养模式,对于培养适应社会发展的高素质人才具有十分重大的意义。
