| 摘 要： | 应用人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)核酸分子斑点杂交法、流式细胞技术和细胞免疫荧光法,检测宫颈癌DNA倍体、HPV、ras p21和p53蛋白表达,并对其进行综合研究.结果显示,宫颈癌组DNA指数平均值明显高于正常组,且与肿瘤细胞分化有关;癌变组DNA异倍体率与肿瘤分化程度关系密切;在17例HPV16/18型阳性病例中,均有ras P21和/或P53蛋白阳性表达.说明宫颈癌变是多因素综合作用的结果,HPV16/18、ras p21和p53蛋白表达具有协同作用. |

| Abstract: | DNA ploidy and the expression of HPV, the products of ras p21 and p53 in cervical cancer were detected by using flow cytometry,cyto-immunofluorescence staining and splotting hybridization of HPV nucleic acid. The results showed that the DI in cervical cancer was higher than in normal group and was related with tumor cell differentiation. There was positive expression of ras p21 and (or) p53 products to multiple factors. HPV 16/18 and the products of ras p21 and pS3 had a synergtstic effect. |
