预约探视对ICU患者谵妄的影响

目的探讨在ICU病房实施预约探视对谵妄和院内感染的影响。方法前瞻性收集符合纳入标准的355例患者为研究对象,随机分成两组,对照组采用传统的探视方法,观察组采用预约探视,观察两组患者谵妄的发生率、院内感染的发生率。结果两组患者谵妄的发生率比较有统计学差异(P0.05),院内感染的发生率比较无统计学差异(P0.05)。结论预约探视能减少ICU患者谵妄的发生,同时不增加院内感染的风险,且符合目前优质护理的要求,是较好的探视方法。

Effect of scheduled visits on delirium in ICU patients

Objective To investigate the effect of scheduled visits on delirium and nosocomial infections in the patients in ICU wards.Methods 355 patients who met the inclusion criteria were prospectively collected as the study subjects and were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was given traditional method of visits,and the observation group was given scheduled visits.The incidence rates of delirium and nosocomial infection were observed in both groups.Results The incidence rate of delirium was statistically different between the two groups(P<0.05).The incidence rate of nosocomial infection was not statistically different(P>0.05).Conclusion Scheduled visits can reduce the incidence rate of delirium in the patients in ICU,while the risk of nosocomial infections is not increased.This method meets the requirements for quality care and is considered as a better way for visit.
