| 摘 要： | 通过对1例肾上腺嗜铬细胞瘤继发高血压脑出血患者进行药学监护,探讨如何根据患者病情制定个体化药物治疗方案。临床药师根据患者的临床指标对临床制定用药方案给予建议,通过对患者的药学监护,排查用药安全隐患,避免不良反应发生。

| Abstract: | To explore the individualized drug therapy of adrenal pheochromocytoma and hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage according to the pharmaceutical care for a patient.Through supervising the patient by pharmaceutical care,clinical pharmacistis can give suggestions on the clinical formulation of drug regimen using the patients''clinical indicators,to achieve the purpose of screening the possible risk of drug and avoiding the occurrence of adverse reactions. |
