心理干预对矮小症儿童心理状态和生活质量的影响

目的探讨心理干预对矮小症儿童心理状态和生活质量的影响。方法选择2017年1～12月本院儿童生长发育门诊就诊的矮小症儿童60例,将实施心理干预前30例作为对照组,实施心理干预后30例为观察组,比较两组心理状态和生活质量。结果治疗后焦虑和抑郁评分,对照组分别为(45.37±12.25)分、(45.96±12.52)分;观察组分别为(38.37±12.26)分、(37.65±12.34)分,观察组显著优于对照组(t=3.08,3.00,P0.01);治疗后生活质量各维度(家庭生活、同伴交往、学校生活、生活环境、自我认知、认知水平、躯体感觉、情感水平)比较,对照组无显著改善(P0.05),而观察组显著改善(P0.05)。结论心理干预能改善矮小症儿童心理状态和生活质量。

Effect of psychological intervention on mental state and life quality of children with short stature

Objective To explore the effect of psychological intervention on mental state and life quality of children with short stature. Methods Sixty children with short stature were selected from Children''s growth and development clinic in our hospital from January to December, 2017. Thirty cases before psychological intervention were used as control group, while 30 cases after psychological intervention were used as observation group. We compared mental state and life quality of the two groups. Results After treatment, the scores of anxiety and depression in control group were (45.37±12.25) and (45.96±12.52), respectively. The scores of anxiety and depression in observation group were(38.37±12.26) and (37.65±12.34), respectively, which were significantly better than those in control group (t=3.08, 3.00, P<0.01). As for each dimension of life quality including family life, peer association,school life, living environment, selfcognition,cognitive level, somatosensory,emotional level,there was no significant difference after treatment in control group(P>0.05), while the difference in observation group was significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Psychological intervention can improve mental state and life quality of children with short stature.
