MRI与钼靶X线检查对乳腺癌的诊断价值比较

目的比较MRI与钼靶X线检查对乳腺癌的诊断价值。方法选择2016年1月～2017年1月来我院就诊的乳腺癌患者50例,入选患者均在知情同意的情况下进行钼靶X线检查、MRI检查,比较两种不同检查方法在腋窝淋巴结肿大、钙化灶、肿块或结节、胸大肌浸润及确诊率方面的不同。结果钼靶X线检查对钙化灶的诊断准确率显著高于MRI检查,而MRI检查对胸大肌浸润的诊断准确率显著高于钼靶X线检查,两种不同检查方法比较差异具有显著性(P0.05)。但两种检查方法在腋窝淋巴结肿大、肿块或结节方面比较,差异无显著性(P0.05)。钼靶X线检查的确诊率分别为82.0%,与MRI检查检查的确诊率92.0%比较,差异有显著性(P0.05)。结论MRI与钼靶X线检查对乳腺癌均有重要的诊断价值。MRI检查较钼靶X线检查更能准确诊断乳腺癌,提高乳腺癌的临床诊断率。

Comparison of the diagnostic value of MRI and molybdenum target Xray examination in breast cancer

Objective To compare the diagnostic value of MRI and molybdenum target X-ray examination in breast cancer. Methods 50 patients with breast cancer treated in our hospital from January 2016 to January 2017 were selected. All the patients enrolled in the study underwent molybdenum target X-ray examination and MRI examination after signing informed consent. The diagnosis of axillary lymphadenectasis, calcification, mass or nodule, pectoralis major infiltration, and the rate of diagnosis of the two examinations were compared. Results The accuracy of molybdenum target X-ray examination in the diagnosis of calcification was significantly higher than that of MRI, while the diagnostic accuracy of MRI in the diagnosis of pectoralis major infiltration was significantly higher than that in molybdenum target X-ray examination. These differences between the two examinations were significant(P<0.05). However, there was no significant difference between the two examination in the diagnosis of axillary lymphadenectasis, mass or nodule(P<0.05).The diagnostic rate of molybdenum target X-ray examination was 82.0%, which was significantly different from the diagnosis rate of MRI examination at 92.0%(P<0.05). Conclusion MRI and molybdenum target X-ray examination have important diagnostic value for breast cancer. MRI examination is more accurate than molybdenum target X-ray examination in the diagnosis of breast cancer, improving the clinical diagnosis of breast cancer.
