肿瘤科护士焦虑与抑郁状况的调查分析

目的调查肿瘤科护士的焦虑与抑郁状况，并提出相应对策，以促进临床护理质量的提高。方法应用状态-特质焦虑问卷中的焦虑状态问卷、自行设计的焦虑相关因素调查问卷、抑郁量表和自行设计的抑郁相关因素调查问卷，对58名肿瘤科护士进行调查。结果调查对象的焦虑水平高于正常人群，肿瘤治疗知识、自身健康状况、工作成就感等是焦虑的相关因素；调查对象抑郁程度较重，超过16分者占67．2％，抑郁程度与危重临终患者的数量和病情、护士的工作时间和性格有关．而与肿瘤种类和类型无关。肿瘤科护士存在不同程度的焦虑与抑郁。结论管理者应重视肿瘤科护士的心理状况，设法改善其心理健康水平，提高护理服务质量。

A Survey on the State of Anxiety and Depression in Nurses Working in the Oncology Department

Objective To investigate the state of anxiety and depression of in nurses working in the oncology department so as to take appropriate countermeasures for the purpose of improving nursing quality.Methods 58 nurses working in the oncology department were inquired by STAI and self-designed questionnaire,CES-D and self-designed questionnaire.Results The anxiety level of the participants was higher than normal.The correlated factors with anxiety included knowledge of tumor treatment, self health status, and working achievement. The participants had heavily degree of depression, with 67.2% of score higher than 16.The degree of depression was correlated with the number and condition of the critical dying patients,length of service time and personality of the nurses,and was not correlated with the type of tumor.Conclusion Nursing management should be specially care and attention to the psychological status of nurses working in oncology departments and raise their psychological health so as to improve the nursing quality.
