| 摘 要： | 为观察肾炎性血尿方（主要药物：知母、黄伯、山栀等）的临床疗效,选取34例肾炎性血尿患者（其中隐匿性肾炎18例,IgA肾病16例）,治疗2个月。结果：治愈11例,好转18例,无效5例,总有效率85.3%。提示该方对肾炎性血尿具有较好的疗效。

| Abstract: | To observe the clinical efficacy of Shenyan Xueniao Decoction,34 subjects with nephritic hematuria (18 cases of latent nephritis and 16 cases of IgA nephropathy) were treated by the Decoction for 2 months.Results showed cure in 11 cases,improvement in 18 cases and failure in 5 cases.It is indicated that this Decoction is quite effective against nephritic hematuria. |
