~（125）I粒子肿瘤组织间植入联合NP方案治疗非小细胞肺癌的疗效分析

目的：总结评估放射性125I粒子组织间植入联合NP方案化疗治疗非小细胞肺癌（non-small cell lung cancer,NSCLC）的疗效,并对并发症进行分析。方法：选择中晚期NSCLC患者101例按入院的单双日分为2组,双日入院的定为A组（46例）,给予肿瘤组织间植入放射性125I粒子结合NP方案锁骨下静脉化疗;单日入院的定为B组（55例）,采用单纯NP方案锁骨下静脉化疗。两组所用化疗药物剂量参考的标准相同。结果：A组46例患者,CR5例,PR16例,SD20例,PD5例,有效率为45.7%（21/46）。B组55例患者,CR2例,PR11例,SD30例,PD12例,有效率为23.6%（13/55）。组间疗效差异有统计学意义,χ2=5.437,P=0.02。结论：放射性125I粒子肿瘤组织间植入联合NP方案化疗治疗NSCLC创伤小,操作简便,不良反应少而轻,近期疗效明显。

Effect of the ~（125）I radioactive particle embedding combined with NP chemotherapy via subclavian vein for advanced non-small cell lung cancer

OBJECTIVE：To evaluate the effect of the 125I radioactive particle embedding combined with NP chemotherapy for advanced non-small cell lung cancer,and analysis the morbidity. METHODS：Dividing 101 patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer according to the hospitalization date：group A consists of 46 cases for admission with even day while group B consists of 55 cases with singular day. Group A accepting 125I radioactive particle embedding assisted with NP chemotherapy whereas only NP chemotherapy via subclavian vein for group B. RESULTS：In group A,there were CR 5 cases,PR 16 cases,SD 20 cases,PD 5 cases,and the response rate was 45.7%（21/46）. In group B,there were CR 2 cases,PR 11 cases,SD 30 cases,PD 12 cases,and the response rate was 23.6%（13/55）. The difference between the two groups was significant （χ2=5.437,P=0.02）. CONCLUSION：125I radioactive particle embedding combined with NP chemotherapy for advanced non-small lung cancer is a minimal invasive and simple procedure with low morbidity and better initial results.
