经尿道前列腺电切术中发生低血压的相关因素观察与护理

目的总结经尿道前列腺电切除术患者术中发生低血压的相关因素。方法分析130例经尿道前列腺电切除术患者术中血压、心率、体温的动态变化和术巾出血量、冲洗液吸收量，数据经t检验及xM^2-H检验。结果术中发生低血压37例，相关因素有冲洗液的吸收量、出血量、血钠下降、体温下降、前列腺切除重量、手术时问、血管容量获得和心血管疾病史，低血压发生是多种因素共同作用的结果，过量冲洗液吸收和体温下降是重要原因。结论护士应加强术中出血的观察，防止患者体温下降，减少或避免冲洗液的大量吸收，对预防低血压的发生有着不可忽视的作用。

Related factors of hypotension in patients undergoing transurethral resection of the prostate

Objective To conclude the related factors of hypotension for patients undergoing transurethral resection of the prostate.Methods Analyze the artery blood pressure,heart rate,dynamic changing of temperature,volume of bleeding and absorbability of the rinse of 130 patients during the procedure of transurethral resection of the prostate.The data were tested by t test and x2M-H test.Result Hypotension happened in 37 cases during the procedures.The variable related to hypotension were volumes of absorbability of the rinse,hemorrhage,drop of blood sodium,drop of temperature,weight of resection prostate,lasting time of procedures,obtained capacity of blood vessel and the history of cardiovascular disease.Hypotension is an effect of many factors,among which the absorbability of rinse and drop of temperature are important.Conclusion Nurses should enhance the observation of hemorrhage during operation,prevent the temperature from dropping and avoid too much absorbability of the rinse in order to avoid low blood pressure and the treatment.
