摘 要: | Page 165/Study on Distribution and Influence Factors of Intracranial and Extracranial Arteriostenosis in Patients with Ischemic Cerebral Vascular Disease/ JIANG Lin, YAN Cong-GUO , TANG Bo, et al/ The first people' s hosptal of Hangzhou, Zhe- jiang 310006, China Objective:. To analyze the distribution of intracranial and extracranial arteriostenesis in patients with ischemic cerebral vascular disoase(ICVD), and explore the relationship between risk factors and intra-and extra-cranial artery stenosis of ICVD. Methods: According to digital subtraction angiography (DSA) detecting result, 148 ICVD patients were divided into one control group and three case gronps. Results: (1) Tbere were 49 cases (33.1%) with extracrsnial artery stenosis, 23 cases (15.5%) with intracranial artery stenosis and29 cases (9.6%) with beth intra-and extra-cranial artery stenosis. (2) Logistic reglession analysis showed that the risk factors were age (OR = 1.124), sex(OR= 0.241), hypertension (OR= 1.038) in extracranial artery stenosis group, FIB(OR= 1.932) in intracranial artery stanosis group and age ( OR = 1.084), long-tom smoking ( OR = 6.132 ), diabetes meUitus ( OR = 6.106) in both intra-and extra-artery stenosis group. Condusions: In this study, among ICVD patients, the extracranial artery stenosis was more than the intra cranial artery stenosis. The risk factors of ICVD were sex (male), age, long-term smoking, diabetes mellitus, hypertension, FIB, and so on.
